THANKSGIVING DINNER 2007

We’ll deliver Thanksgiving morning between 10am and 1pm. Everything will be on beautiful white platters with serving spoons ready to serve. Some items will need to be heated in the oven before serving. Portions will be generous so guests can have seconds. We have a 20 guest order minimum :).

Hors d’oeuvres: Choose 2 from the following list (please note in the note section of the order page):
Curried deviled eggs with mango chutney
A selection of interesting cheeses with homemade toasts
Smoked salmon wrapped around fresh goat cheese with fresh chives and tarragon
Chilled shrimp with lemon, garlic, fresh mint and extra virgin olive oil
Fresh sheeps milk cheese wrapped with prosciutto and marinated with extra virgin olive oil and fresh herbs

Dinner includes:
Blue lake bean salad with toasted hazelnuts and a champagne shallot vinaigrette
Sweet potato puree with toasted pecans and brown sugar (needs to be heated)
Corn bread stuffing with chicken apple sausage, Granny Smith apples and crimini mushrooms (needs to be heated)
Roasted sliced fresh organic turkey (white and dark meat) brined with brandy, garlic and fresh herbs. (heating optional… good at room temp.)
Caramelized onion white wine gravy (needs to be heated)
Homemade cranberry apple sauce

Dessert:
Granny Smith apple crisp with creme anglaise (heating optional)
Homemade chocolate truffles with ancho chili, cinnamon and sea salt
Pumpkin cheese cake squares
