  • Homemade honey maple granola with cashews, sunflower seeds and dried fruit served with low fat organic plain yogurt and almond milk ($5.00 per person )

    We give you 1 cup of granola per guest, so if this is part of a breakfast with lots of choices, you can order this for 1/2 of your guest count.  It is VERY filling.   (CAN BE MADE VEGAN UPON SPECIAL REQUEST)



  • Fresh fruit selected from the market ($3.50 per person )

    This will be strawberries and blueberries when they are in season. In winter we like to serve Satsuma mandarins. We choose whatever is most in season.



  • Fresh mango salsa with homemade tortilla chips ($4.50 per person )


  • Mediterranean Platter ($6.00 per person )
    Pita chips, black olives, cucumbers, humus with pine notes, harissa oil and zatar




  • Fresh Mexican guacamole with homemade tortilla chips (Vegan) ($5.85 per person )


  • Baby carrots, radishes, tiny tomatoes and endive with cashew roasted red pepper chermoula aioli (Vegan) ($6.25 per person )

    The dip is made with cashews, roasted red peppers, extra vrigin olive oil, garlic, lemon, cilantro, paprika, cayenne and cumin.



  • Spears of endive with a salad of lentils, sundried tomatoes, organic carrots, scallions, lemon and a cashew chermoula aioli ($4.50 per person )

  • Vegetable summer rolls with marinated tofu, pickled vegetables and fresh mint, drizzled with a sweet chili sauce (Vegan) ($4.75 per person )

    We give you two pieces per guest.



  • Potato, lentil, and caramelized onion croquettes with cumin and ancho chili with a green curry aioli ($6.75 per person )
    You get 2 per serving. (This can be made Vegan with modifications)

  • Avocado, jicama and naval oranges with baby spinach and a cumin lime vinaigrette ($7.45 per person )

  • Salad of baby greens and butterleaf lettuce with jicama, avocado, grapefruit and pine nuts in a maple lime vinaigrette ($7.45 per person )


  • Salad of cucumber, jicama, orange bell pepper and red onion with fresh mint, rice wine vinaigrette and toasted peanuts ($5.75 per person )
