The chart below is a guide to
assist you in selecting the appropriate amount of food for your party.
Reference the number of people you expect
on the left and the number of different menu items you'd like to serve on the
top (including hors d'oeuvres and dessert.)
This will give you an estimate of how
much of each item to order. For example, if you have 40 guests and
you'd like to serve 7 different items, you'd order 35 of each item.
If your party is longer than 3 hours, you may
want to order a bit more.
