  • Vegetarian summer rolls with marinated tofu, pickled vegetables and fresh mint, served with a sweet chili sauce (Vegan) ($4.00 per person )

    We give you two pieces per guest.



  • Spears of endive with a salad of lentils, sundried tomatoes, organic carrots, scallions, lemon and olive oil ($4.00 per person )

    We give you 1 oz of cheese per person (we find the average guest will eat 1/2 oz)



  • Spears of endive with gorgonzola, roasted red beets, orange essence and toasted hazelnuts ($4.00 per person )

    We give you two piecees per guest.



  • Curried deviled eggs with mango chutney ($4.00 per person )

    We give you two deviled eggs per guest.



  • Fresh fruit selected from the market ($3.00 per person )

    This will be strawberries and blueberries when they are in season. In winter we like to serve Satsuma mandarins. We choose whatever is most in season.
